Due to a technical issue the last of our servers in the old London facility has been retired.

On Sunday night we started to experience problems with this server's hard drive that was causing issues for all clients hosted on this server.
The 2 solutions open to us were:

Move all clients to a new server at our facility in Maidenhead

Replace ageing hardware on an old server.

We chose the 1st option but with hard drive failure looming we did not have the time to forward plan the moving of the accounts and to let the clients know the situation.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank our very understanding clients whilst we undertook this migration.

We have of course done plenty of server migrations before but not one with such short notice - we tried to keep downtime to a minimum and the only issues reported so far have been minor.
