We have seen a massive increase in the number of websites hosted on the cloud hosting environment - this has caused capacity issues at peak times.
The problems have be compounded by an increased number of DDos attacks on the network.

We realise that this is totally unacceptable for a hosting system that is supposed to deliver 100% uptime and traffic scalability.

A massive program of upgrades and capacity improvements has been launched which will allow the cloud hosting system to grow without impacting on current clients, there may be times of slow responsiveness and even "no nodes available" messages whilst this upgrade work is carried out.

We apologise in advance for this but we are sure that you will happy with the results once the upgrades are completed.
