We have just introduced a new feature to our website - Facebook Connect.

This allows you to sign into our website using your Facebook credentials, the system is totally safe and we do not get to see your facebook log in details or any other personal info.

This system uses the secure Facebook API which means that you can become a user of this website and use features such as the forums and the commenting system without the need to fill in a registration form.

You will see the Facebook Connect button at the bottom of our website, if you wish to join in the forum discussions or comment on our blog posts then you can quickly log in and do so...

PLEASE NOTE: Current clients cannot use the Facebook Connect button to log into their client support and billing account with us, this is a totally seperate (and secure) system.

New website launched

We have just put our new website on-line, we want to know what you think?

This design has been in the pipeline for some time but with current work commitments it has taken quite a bit longer than expected to get it on-line. The whole grey theme and Web 2.0 look suits our business model (in our opinion!) and we think that we have vastly improved the site navigation as the previous site was very messy in terms of the number of pages and the way in which a visitor found them.

We have also introduced a customer forum, a facility that we will be populating over the next few weeks with information and FAQ's - we hope that our current customers will use the forum as a way to chat not only to us but to each other...

Our blog is also going to be used more, with entries being linked directly to our Twitter account (and eventually our Facebook page) so that we can get information out to clients and followers quickly.

Live Chat removed

live chat has been removed from our website Whilst redesigning our website we have taken the decision to remove the live chat facility.

There are many reasons for this - it was hardly used, we could not guarantee that there would be someone available and logged into chat during office hours etc...

We may make the decision to include live chat into our website in the future but at the moment we have no plans to re-introduce it.
