Payment Terms.
Because we offer a speedy service to clients (thus keeping the costs down) we do expect the same speedy response to our invoices. The standard payment terms for most website work is 7 days from completion. We can extend this term in some cases as we know that larger companies cannot always offer this kind of turnaround on invoices.
Deposits.
We require a 50% deposit on all new website design & development projects, this is not because we do not trust any client – it is so that both parties have a mutual interest in completing the work as soon as possible. Our low prices are a direct result of our speed of completion – once we undertake your website project we work on it until it is completed, a deposit insures that both parties are working towards this goal.
Recurring Payments.
Some of our services require a recurring payment from our clients – this can include SEO work, domain name registrations and other services, our billing system allows us to keep track of when these payments are due. Invoices for recurring payments are generated 7 days before the invoice due date and are delivered via email.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that we have the correct email address on file, every client has a unique log in for our billing system and can update their contact information at any time.
Failure to pay invoices for recurring services may mean that this service is suspended or cancelled – it is vitally important that you make payments on recurring services such as web hosting or domain registrations or your website may go offline or your domain be lost.
Cancellations.
Should you wish to cancel any of your recurring services then we will require 30 days notice prior to your next invoice due date, failure to provide 30 days notice may result in you being charged for the next billing cycle.
Refunds.
All refunds (full and partial) are at the discretion of Total Web Development. Refunds may be given if we have failed to provide any service to a satisfactory level.
